Judy, we tried your brined turkey, and I'm so glad we did! It was delicious. Everyone at dinner said it was the best turkey they have ever had. I didn't grill it. We put everything away to prepare for the blizzard we had a couple of days ago, and I didn't want to drag the grill out, but it was wonderful in the oven. I plan to use the recipe again for Christmas. Thanks so much!
